Stable production conditions and reduced fresh water consumption
Detailed measurements and investigations are carried out on site of the process water circuits of the paper machine and stock preparation of one or several process lines in order to determine the state and operating situation of the system and the components.
The main content of process water management is review of process water systems of individual production lines and plant-wide systems and their evaluation.
The following tasks can be processed:
• Generation of the water – ash balance, acceptance of the actual
condition
• Recording of stock flows (quantities, concentrations)
• Survey of the process water system
• Determination of specific fresh water and waste water characteristics
• Developing a model balance of the actual condition
• Evaluation of the existing process water direction and process
water cleaning as well as the stock and water storage capacities
• Analysis of the process water
• Developing suitable concepts for the process water direction and
process water control
• Developing a model balance for the future system condition
Customer benefits
• Installation of a plant-wide process water control concept that
automatically regulates the levels of the dynamic stock and water
buffers corresponding to the respective process states and finally
the fresh water supply
• Easy control of the entire water system with the goal of nearly
constant fresh water and waste water quantities Suitably graduated
COD levels in the water circuits of stock preparations and the PM
while avoiding additional fresh water deliveries and waste water overflows,
and more stable production conditions
