The clothing audit is a modular kit to optimally adapt the service to the customer’s needs. The main focus is the investigation and observation of the clothing installed in the machine, in all main groups.

The measurement results can be supported or expanded with laboratory investigations on request.

At it’s basic level, the clothing audit includes observation of wear, of material condition and contamination (via photo documentation in the wire section and dryer section and measurement of thickness, permeability and moisture in the press) of the installed clothing.

Determining the remaining running time significantly increases the operational safety of the machine, as the likelihood of clothing damage can be clearly reduced.

The investigations of the installed clothing can be expanded to include cross-profile measurements of the tension and thickness (former), representation of 3-D moisture and permeability (press) and permeability cross profiles (dryer section) according to the customer’s needs.

In addition, investigations of wear and contamination on clothing sections that have already run are possible through laboratory analyses.
