- Let’s talk! What are your project goals? What will the market demand from your production line in the future? Where do you see weak points and advantages of your machines? Where are the positions of your competitors? What is the opinion of your customers about your products?
- After these first intensive discussions, our experts are going to start a survey at the location: What is the general condition of the machine and its peripherals? Where are bottlenecks? Where are obstacles for further improvements of productivity or paper quality? If required, we are going to investigate the entire process line!
- On the basis of the project goals, Voith is going to develop the optimal rebuild concept together with you: How can the project goals be implemented with minimum expenditure? Which rolls, auxiliary units and machine parts can be re-used? We gladly create step plans how you can update your unit step by step.
- To reduce risks, the new Voith Paper Technology Center (PTC) is available for custom-made trials.
A large number of different unit configurations can be provided here close to practice.
- The proposal is prepared. The project can be launched. A responsible point of contact, who
co-ordinates all interfaces optimally, takes care that everything is executed perfectly. |
